Welcome to New Mexico's First Virtual Farmers Market

Overnight, it seems, the world has become a really crazy place.  In this time of uncertainty and "social distancing," many of the comforts we usually enjoy have suddenly become scary places to visit.

Our farmers' markets delays/closures will have a huge economic effect on our farmers.  COVID19 is also devastating for food security for our low-income neighbors, many of whom rely on the Double Up Food Bucks Program (DUFB) to make fresh and healthy food affordable.  In addition, many elderly or otherwise high-risk individuals are/will be unable or afraid to leave their homes to get food.

To make everyone's visit to the Farmers' Market a bit less scary, we are developing a platform through which New Mexico's farmers and other vendors we normally patronize can sell their products safely.  Farm Cart NM is currently a voluntary effort of Blue Sky Digital Strategy and its founder, Kim Kuhlman (a farmer's daughter).

If you have been selling your goods at any of New Mexico's Farmers' Markets, please feel free to create your store here.  We are working with the Albuquerque Downtown Growers Market and others to make it as easy as possible for the public to order your products online and pick them up at the market while maintaining the social separation and no-contact delivery methods that have become all too familiar.

This service is FREE to ALL vendors.  However, there is an option to contribute a small membership fee to help us create, maintain and host this marketplace.  You are under NO OBLIGATION to do so.  We are just trying to do our part.
